A familiar situation

When information is scattered, production is harder to manage

Order status has to be clarified by phone. Stock sits in spreadsheets. Results of work and agreements stay in chats. The manager spends time piecing the overall picture together.

FAQ

Answers to common questions

Is the system suitable for a small workshop?

Yes. The set of functions is chosen for the enterprise’s tasks. You can start with the necessary work scenarios and extend them as you grow.

Can our own production stages be taken into account?

Processes are configured to the enterprise’s sequence of work, owners and required inspections. Specific scenarios are discussed when choosing the solution.

Is the platform suitable for a plant?

For plants, accounting by sites, lines and shifts is provided. Industry-specific tasks, equipment and the set of integrations are considered separately.

What happens if the enterprise grows?

You can add areas, employees and new scenarios in the same platform. The capabilities are not tied for good to the original scale of the enterprise.

Can I work from a phone?

Yes. Employees work through the PORTER Factory app in Telegram: they get notifications, see their tasks, mark completion and accept work within their access. The manager and foreman can also work from a computer and tablet.

Will it replace all accounting and other software?

PORTER Factory brings together the main production tasks and management data. The need for specialised systems and data exchange with them depends on the enterprise’s tasks.

Do all employees have the same access?

No. Access and working actions depend on the employee’s role and area of responsibility.
